We assist you in finalizing last minute details and vendor logistics of your dreamy day! You deliver the responsibility to our team and hand over all of the design and plans already created so that we can perfectly execute and style your vision on the day of your event.

    Designed for couples who have already planned their event but need someone to oversee all the details, allowing them to enjoy the day:

    - Two meetings within three months leading up to the event:
    1) First meeting: Review vendor contracts provided by the client and create an event day timeline.
    2) Second meeting: Oversee the final details.

    - Unlimited emails and phone calls during this three-month period.

    - Review all signed vendor contracts and catering contracts provided by Catering.

    - Distribute the client-approved timeline to all vendors at least one week before the event.

    - Coordinate with vendors for arrival and strike time.

    - Communicate venue policies for unloading, setup, and teardown.

    - Organize the ceremony rehearsal with the bridal party and family.

    - Coordinate with the entertainment with client-preffered song selections

    - Manage catering staff

    - Attend sound check with entertainment and review formalities and song selections.

    - Collaborate with entertainment to establish timing for key events.

    -Aid in seating and program distribution.

    - Assist with the setup of stationary, based on client’s already planned design.

    - Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors.

    - Rates vary geographically; inquire with the event planners for details.

  • Partial coordination has been curated for the Couple who already has an idea of how their dreamy day. You have some preferred vendors and you have an idea of color palette and decor but now you need assistance in cohesively tying it all together to ensure that the design is perfectly executed. We work to assist in the design/decor, offer venue and vendor ideas, unlimited communication, and help visually present your story by managing your special day.

    Designed for couples who've started to plan their event but need someone to curate all the details and more:

    Consultation and Design:

    - Ongoing communication via email and phone.

    - Collaborate with the client to discuss event style.

    - Develop and prioritize the event budget.

    - Establish color combinations, themes, and design concepts.

    - Aid in providing venue options based on budget and geographic location; client will receive proposals directly

    - Provide vendors based on style and budget; client will receive proposals directly

    -Review final contracts from client with referred service providers.

    - Assistance with printables, such as, menu cards or ceremony programs.

    - Offer ideas and suggestions on favors.

    Implementation:

    - Review all vendor contracts signed and executed by the client.

    - Produce a timeline of the event day.

    - Review catering quotes provided by Catering.

    - Communicate venue policies and procedures for unloading, setup, and teardown.

    - Confirm and coordinate with all vendor and rental items.

    - Distribute client-approved timeline to all vendors at least one week before the event.

    - Assist and orchestrate the ceremony rehearsal.

    - Communicate with entertainment on ceremony song selections.

    - Manage catering staff

    - Attend sound check with entertainment and review formalities and song selections.

    - Aid in seating and program distribution.

    - Assist with the setup of stationary printables.

    - Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors.

    - 1-4+ assistants required based on head count. Rates for assistants vary geographically; inquire with the wedding planners for rates.

    Tailored for clients desiring guidance through the entire event planning process, assemble their service provider team, provide unlimited professional advice, and manage every detail of the event day. Event planners availability for the entire weekend with assistance in planning and executing welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and day of celebrations:

    Planning/ Design:

    - Ongoing communication via email and phone.

    - Consultation and collaboration to discuss event style.

    - Production of a minute-by-minute timeline of the event day.

    - Review and proof of catering contracts provided by the Catering Manager.

    - Coordination with service providers for arrival and end times, including strike time.

    - Communication of venue policies and procedures for unloading, setup, and teardown.

    - Confirmation of all vendor orders and quantities of rental items.

    - Distribution of the client-approved timeline to all vendors at least 1 week before the event.

    - Assistance and organization of the ceremony rehearsal.

    - Communication with entertainment on client-preferred song selections.

    - Communication and management of catering staff.

    - Attendance at sound check with entertainment and review of song selections.

    - Direction of ushers with seating and ceremony program distribution.

    - Assistance with the setup of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, sign-in guest book, etc.

    - Collaboration with entertainment to establish timing for key events.

    - Provide guidance to Client with marriage license information.

    - Preparation and handling of final payments and gratuities to vendors.

    - 1-4+ assistants required for weddings based on head count. Rates for assistants vary based on geographical locations. Inquire with the Wedding Planners for assistant rates.
